Description
I loved these simple stones with eyes who represent deities in India. They are all over if you look hard enough. The best part is that they are nestled into the roots of trees and are so easy to overlook if you aren't paying attention. It means that even the poorest of the poor in the caste system that still seems alive and well can be devoted to God by creating a deity with natural objects instead of an expensive brass murti. It's a constant reminder to stay present and aware of our connection with the divinity within.
