This lovely little Lakshmi caught my eye because it was rare to see her atop the gate of a temple. I love elephants and so this was extra special for me to catch (most likely while being driven around in the car, which is how I caught many of these moments!)
As an illustrator for nearly two decades with a focus on children’s books, Jennifer Mazzucco’s passion has been the marriage of image and the written word. During this time she had also created her own community art space in NJ, worked with a number of non-profit art centers, taught college level art, earned a masters of education and visited India often. She spent the last nine years inspiring middle school children to follow their creative hearts and showing her Devotional artwork in galleries on the east coast.
