As an illustrator for nearly two decades with a focus on children’s books, Jennifer Mazzucco’s passion has been the marriage of image and the written word. During this time she had also created her own community art space in NJ, worked with a number of non-profit art centers, taught college level art, earned a masters of education and visited India often. She spent the last nine years inspiring middle school children to follow their creative hearts and showing her Devotional artwork in galleries on the east coast. Jennifer recently moved out west and renovated the former kindergarten classroom of the Harmony School in Occidental into a Collaborative Arts and Healing Space. Prasada, meaning "an offering" & "grace", hosts Kirtan, a weekly yoga class, community arts night, a summer experience for children, Starflower Classroom (living arts for the young child) and workshops with visiting facilitators.
