This image is a great way to remind yourself to feel the gratitude for all you have in your life. It expresses my love for India, using traditional Mehndi patterns and colors that remind me of the motherland. I have a lot of gratitude for what She has given me and I hope to continue to do the tradition justice.
About Jennifer Mazzucco
As an illustrator for nearly two decades with a focus on children’s books, Jennifer Mazzucco’s passion has been the marriage of image and the written word. During this time she had also created her own community art space in NJ, worked with a number of non-profit art centers, taught college level art, earned a masters of education and visited India often. She spent the last nine years inspiring middle school children to follow their creative hearts and showing her Devotional artwork in galleries on the east coast. Jennifer recently moved out west and renovated the former kindergarten classroom of the Harmony School in Occidental into a Bhakti Center. Prasada, meaning "an offering" & "grace", hosts Kirtan, Meditation and Community Art...
