Buddha Eyes, Ngong Ping Village, Hong Kong Canvas Print

I was mesmerized by everything about this Bronze Buddha at Ngong Ping Village, especially his inward gaze. On this scale it seems almost impossible to capture the peace of the Buddha, but in this case his eyes say everything. Hope I have done him justice with this photo.

As an illustrator for nearly two decades with a focus on children’s books, Jennifer Mazzucco’s passion has been the marriage of image and the written word. During this time she had also created her own community art space in NJ, worked with a number of non-profit art centers, taught college level art, earned a masters of education and visited India often.
