This is another image in my series of activist art meets devotional art. The term radiate love is beautiful, but to do this without any action is just words. If we follow through with service, witnessing, speaking out against injustice, making effort to end systemic racism, then we are truly radiating love.
As an illustrator for nearly two decades with a focus on children’s books, Jennifer Mazzucco’s passion has been the marriage of image and the written word. During this time she had also created her own community art space in NJ, worked with a number of non-profit art centers, taught college level art, earned a masters of education and visited India often. She spent the last nine years inspiring middle school children to follow their creative hearts and showing her Devotional artwork in galleries on the east coast. Jennifer recently moved out west and renovated the former kindergarten classroom of the Harmony School in Occidental into a Bhakti Center. Prasada, meaning "an offering" & "grace", hosts Kirtan, Meditation and Community Art...
